Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

BakeryMS is operated by SIA Webelevate (reg. no. 40203464762), Platones iela 15, Rīga, LV-1029, Latvia (“we”). These terms apply when you use the BakeryMS Rewards app or the website bakeryms.com. Bakeries that subscribe to the BakeryMS management platform do so under a separate business agreement. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or phone number, or with Google or Apple once you have connected them. Keep access to that email, phone or account secure — anyone who can receive your codes can use your account.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts for others or share yours.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. Deleting it permanently removes your cards, stamps, rewards and vouchers.

3. Loyalty programs are run by the bakeries

• Each loyalty card belongs to the bakery that runs it. That bakery decides how stamps are earned, which rewards and offers it gives, and when they expire, and it is responsible for honouring them. We provide the app that keeps your card.
• A bakery may change or end its program. Where possible it should give notice and let you use rewards you have already earned.
• Stamps, rewards and vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
• A stamp is given at the counter by the bakery’s staff. The counter QR code lets you join a bakery once; it does not give stamps on later visits.

4. Fair use

Do not try to collect stamps or rewards you have not earned — for example by copying or imitating a bakery’s counter stamp, sharing QR links to collect remotely, using several accounts, or interfering with the app or our servers. A bakery or we may cancel stamps, rewards or vouchers obtained this way and suspend the account involved.

5. Offers and messages

Bakeries can send you offers and birthday treats only if you say yes to offers. You can change this at any time under Settings → Notifications, and mute a single bakery from its card. Messages about your own activity — a stamp received, a reward ready, a reply to your message — are part of the service. Ratings and messages you send to a bakery must be honest and lawful; we may remove content that is abusive or unlawful.

6. Availability and changes to the app

We work to keep the app available and your card accurate, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update or improve the app over time.

7. Liability

The app is free to use. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Within those limits, we are not responsible for a bakery’s products, rewards or decisions about its own program.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and announce material changes in the app before they apply. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the app and delete your account.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Questions or complaints: hello@bakeryms.com or hello@webelevate.com.
