Show us how shops order, where production is recorded, how deliveries are received and how you handle invoices and stock counts. We identify which workflow to start with and which integrations need checking.

02 · Setup · €490

Prepare the foundation.

Onboarding covers initial setup and training. We agree the product, recipe, ingredient and location data needed, its available format and the scope of any import before work starts. Data cleanup and custom integration work should be scoped in the quote.

03 · Equipment

What to buy, and what it costs.

BakeryMS runs in a browser, so the office uses the computer you already have. Production and shops need a tablet; production also needs a label printer, because printing the label is how a batch gets recorded. You buy the hardware yourself — no rental, no hardware contract. Tell us what you already own and we will check it before you buy anything.

What Bazaar runs on.

Bazaar Bakery in Riga — six shops and one central production — runs BakeryMS every working day. (Disclosure: BakeryMS was built there, and its founder co-owns Bazaar.)

05 · First workflow

Train the people doing the work.

Agree who records batches, receives deliveries, enters waste and approves invoices. Start with an agreed workflow and check the resulting records together before expanding. Rollout dates depend on your data, equipment and team availability.

06 · Scope

Agree the details before committing.

Your quote confirms rollout scope, the hardware list, integrations, VAT treatment, support and contract terms. The subscription is €149/month for the first 12 months, then €249/month; onboarding is €490 — €2,278 in the first year before hardware. Scale-guided weighing is a pilot; automated production planning is still in development. Neither should be assumed to be a standard rollout feature.
