How it works
One working day. One connected record.
From a shop’s order to the owner’s cost report, BakeryMS connects the handovers that usually live in messages, spreadsheets and people’s heads.
01 · Order
Give production a shared starting point.
Shops enter what they need. The bakery can work from recorded orders rather than piecing together messages. Your team still decides what to make; automated production planning is in development.
02 · Make
Record production as the batch is finished.
At a production station, staff select the product and quantity. Printing labels with production recording enabled creates a batch record. Reprints do not count as new production. Recipes connect the finished product to its ingredients.
03 · Deliver
Close the handover at the shop.
The bakery records the delivery; shop staff confirm what arrived. Differences become visible in the workflow, instead of disappearing between a dispatch note and a phone call.
04 · Count and explain
Know what is left—and what was lost.
Staff record waste by product and reason and count stock on a phone. Inventory counting supports offline work; other workflows generally need an internet connection. Reliable reports depend on the team recording these events.
05 · Review
See the costs behind the working day.
Supplier invoices arrive by email, Google Drive or upload. AI extracts and matches lines; a person reviews and approves them before prices and recipe costs update. Recipe gross margin covers ingredients, not labour or overhead. Labour has separate reporting.
Invoice review →Who does what
A clear job for every team.
Shop teams order, receive, count and record waste. Production staff record batches and dispatches. Managers review exceptions, approve invoices and use reports. BakeryMS connects their records; it does not replace these decisions.
