BakeryMS at Bazaar
Built inside a bakery. Used through the working day.
Bazaar Riga uses BakeryMS across six shops and one central bakery. It is the founder’s own reference business, where the product has been used daily since 2025.
The starting point
Too much work between the work.
Production notes on paper, stock counts in spreadsheets and supplier price changes that were easy to miss. Information reached the office after the people who needed it had already made decisions.
What changed
Capture the event at its source.
Production staff record batches while printing labels. Shops confirm deliveries and record waste. Phone counts feed stock records. Approved supplier invoices update ingredient prices and recipe costs.
August 2026
1,059 batches. 799 deliveries. 219 invoices.
These are operational record counts, not a promise of savings. Production batches exclude reprints; a batch is not an individual label. Invoice counts are unique supplier invoices read. The same month included 12,538 printed labels and 45 active users who wrote records.
A practical observation
Less time spent on a shop stock count.
Bazaar estimates that a stock count at one shop went from 2.3 hours to 1.3 hours. This is the company’s estimate, not an independently timed study or a result guaranteed for every bakery.
About the evidence
A reference business with a disclosed connection.
BakeryMS founder is also a cofounder of Bazaar Riga. Figures come from Bazaar usage records for June–August 2026, reviewed on 10 September 2026, and its written evaluation. This is evidence of daily use in one business, not a claim about a large customer base.
