Every time a factory worker prints a label, BakeryMS automatically records the production event — product name, quantity, batch number, timestamp, and the worker who printed it. This creates a real-time production ledger without any manual data entry. The label is the production record.

BakeryMS supports Zebra desktop and industrial label printers via USB and Bluetooth connections. Popular models include the ZD220, ZD420, ZD620, and ZT230 series. Any Zebra printer that supports ZPL (Zebra Programming Language) will work.

Each label includes the product name, ingredients list, allergen declarations, nutrition values per 100g, barcode, batch number, production date, best-before date, net weight, and storage instructions. All data is pulled automatically from your recipes and product settings.

Label layouts are optimized for regulatory compliance and readability. You can configure which fields appear, shelf life duration, storage instructions, and allergen highlighting. The system handles formatting automatically based on your Zebra printer model.

Connect a compatible Bluetooth scale to your tablet or workstation. Before printing a label, BakeryMS reads the weight from the scale and compares it to the expected weight range for that product. If the weight is outside the acceptable range, the worker gets an alert. This ensures consistency and reduces waste.

Yes. Each workstation can have its own Zebra printer, and multiple workers can print labels at the same time. All production records are synced in real-time across the system, so dashboards and reports always show the latest data.
