Integrations

Does it work with my till, my delivery apps and my label printer?

These are the bakery software integrations BakeryMS runs today, and what each one does: till sales from CHD miniPOS, Bolt Food and Wolt orders, supplier invoices from Gmail and Google Drive, Zebra label printers and an NFC time clock. Scales for guided weighing are in a pilot. If you use something else, we check it with you before you commit.

Used daily at Bazaar Bakery in Riga: 6 shops and a central bakery.

Bazaar Bakery, August 2026. BakeryMS was built there; the founder co-owns Bazaar.

The numbers already exist. They are just in five places.

Sales sit in the till, delivery orders in two tablets, invoices in someone’s inbox and labels are written by hand. Putting them together is an evening job that nobody has time for.

Without connections

  • Till reports exported and copied into a spreadsheet
  • Bolt and Wolt sales checked separately, if at all
  • Supplier invoices forwarded, printed and typed in
  • Labels handwritten or made in a separate program
  • Nobody sees what each shop sold today until the day is over

With BakeryMS connected

  • Till receipts imported every 20 minutes, per shop and per hour
  • Bolt Food and Wolt orders arrive as they are placed and count as sales of the right shop
  • Invoices picked up from Gmail or Google Drive and read for you; a person approves them
  • Labels printed from a tablet or PC straight to a Zebra printer
  • One place where the office, production and shops see the same figures

How a connection is set up

Most of the work is done once, during onboarding.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you use

Your till, the delivery apps you are on, where supplier invoices arrive, and the printers and tablets you have or plan to buy.

  2. 02

    We connect it

We switch on the till import and set up Bolt Food and Wolt with you. Gmail and Google Drive are connected by signing in with Google in Settings.

  3. 03

    Match names to products once

Till buttons and delivery menu items are matched to your products. BakeryMS matches most of them by name; you fix the rest once, and the rule is remembered.

  4. 04

    It runs on its own

Till sales every 20 minutes, delivery orders as they come in, invoice mailboxes and folders every 15 minutes. You see when each connection last synced.

What connects, and what flows through it

Each connection below is live unless it says pilot.

CHD miniPOS (till sales)

BakeryMS reads the receipts from each CHD miniPOS till every 20 minutes and records what each shop sold, hour by hour, matched to your products.

  • Read-only: BakeryMS never writes anything to the till
  • Discounts and voided lines are taken into account, so totals reflect what you actually took
  • Feeds sales reports, basket and hourly views, and margins on what you actually sold
  • Several tills per shop are supported; if a till moves to another shop, that is recorded too

Bolt Food

Bolt sends each order to BakeryMS as it is placed. It appears in a live feed of delivery orders and is added to that shop’s sales, matched to your products.

  • Cancelled orders are taken back out of the sales
  • One-way: you still accept and manage orders in Bolt’s own app

Wolt

Wolt notifies BakeryMS of each order, and BakeryMS fetches the full order through Wolt’s own authorisation. Orders show in the same live feed and count as sales of the right shop.

  • Rejected or cancelled orders are removed again
  • One-way: order handling stays in Wolt’s app
  • Till, Bolt and Wolt sales can be viewed together or separately

Gmail and Google Drive (supplier invoices)

Connect the mailbox your suppliers send invoices to, a Google Drive folder, or both. BakeryMS checks them every 15 minutes, reads each PDF with AI (Google Gemini by default), and suggests which ingredient each line is.

  • A person approves every invoice before stock or costs change
  • Duplicates are flagged
  • Invoices from anywhere else can be uploaded by hand, also from a shop

Zebra / ZPL label printers

Production labels print in Zebra’s ZPL language, straight from the browser. Printing a label is also what records the production batch.

  • Bluetooth from a tablet, or USB, in Chrome
  • On Windows, the free BakeryMS Print Bridge prints through the normal Zebra driver, so the printer keeps working for other programs
  • Label size set once for the bakery; a printer check helps when stickers come out incomplete

Scales for guided weighing (pilot)

At a weighing station, the scale sends its reading to the tablet and BakeryMS checks each ingredient against the recipe target. The pilot runs on 5 production stations at Bazaar.

  • Bluetooth Low Energy scales, or a cable (serial) connection on a computer
  • Scales with an RS232 port can work through an RS232-to-Bluetooth LE module; classic Bluetooth adapters cannot
  • The scale must send its weight continuously; we check your model first

NFC time clock

Staff clock in and out by tapping their NFC tag on a kiosk tablet. Their hours feed attendance and the labour part of your recipe costs.

Google Calendar

Optional: shop and special orders can be added to a Google Calendar on their delivery date, coloured by shop, with a link back to the order.

Good to know before you start

We would rather tell you now than after you have bought hardware.

Other tills need checking

Till import works today with CHD miniPOS. If you use another till, tell us which one; we check whether it can share its sales before you commit.

Delivery apps are one-way

BakeryMS receives Bolt Food and Wolt orders; it does not accept orders, change menus or set prices in those apps.

Hardware is bought separately

Printers, tablets, scales and NFC tags are not included. Ask us before buying, and we check the model works with BakeryMS.

Bluetooth and USB need Chrome

Direct printing and scale connections use the browser’s Bluetooth, USB and serial support, which means Chrome on an Android tablet or a computer.

Invoice import is Google-based

Automatic invoice pickup works with Gmail and Google Drive. Invoices that arrive elsewhere can be uploaded by hand.

Scales are still a pilot

Guided weighing with a connected scale runs at Bazaar and is still being refined. Not every scale model will work.

Integration questions

Does BakeryMS work with my till?

Till sales import works today with CHD miniPOS, read-only, every 20 minutes. For other tills, tell us which one you use and we check whether it can share its sales data.

Do we still need the Bolt and Wolt tablets?

Yes. BakeryMS receives your Bolt Food and Wolt orders and counts them as sales of the right shop, but accepting and handling orders stays in each platform’s own app.

Which label printers work?

Zebra printers, or printers that understand Zebra’s ZPL language. They connect by Bluetooth or USB in Chrome, or through the free Print Bridge on Windows. Tell us the model before you buy and we check it.

Can I connect a scale?

Guided weighing with a connected scale is in a pilot on 5 production stations at Bazaar. It works with Bluetooth Low Energy scales, or a cable connection on a computer, when the scale sends its weight continuously. We check your model first.

Does AI change our ingredient prices on its own?

No. AI reads the invoice and suggests matches, and a person approves each invoice before stock or costs change.

What does it cost? Are integrations extra?

Integrations are part of the full system: €149 per month for the first 12 months, €249 per month from month 13, and €490 one-time onboarding. No per-user or per-location fees. Hardware is separate.
