Digital stamp cards for iPhone and Android — stamped at the till, no plastic, nothing to install.
Orders, production, delivery, waste and costs — one system instead of five spreadsheets. BakeryMS has coordinated seven shops and a production kitchen every morning for years. Built for bakeries, patisseries, delis, central kitchens and food producers.
Founding price €149/mo · Set up in an afternoon · Price locked for 12 months
No proprietary terminals, no rented boxes, no engineer visit. BakeryMS runs in a browser and talks to an ordinary ZPL label printer — the same gear we buy for our own shops.
One per shop, one on the factory bench. Staff tick off orders, record waste and print labels from it — no keyboard needed.
Android 10+ · 10" screen · Bluetooth · any brand
Prints the product label — name, ingredients, allergens, best-before, barcode. Every label it prints is also the production record.
Zebra ZD421 / ZD230 or any ZPL-compatible · USB or Bluetooth · 58–104 mm rolls
Recipes, costs, invoices and reports run in Chrome, Safari or Edge — on the laptop you already own.
Any modern browser · nothing to install
BakeryMS did not start in software. It started in the daily running of Bazaar Bakery — seven shops and one production kitchen, where work begins at 5am and same-day freshness leaves no room for error. Nothing off-the-shelf fit that model, so we built our own, use it every day, and refine it on the floor. It now runs for other food producers and multi-site retailers too.

This is what "zero spreadsheets" actually means: one loop where every cost, batch, delivery and bit of waste is recorded the moment it happens — then used to plan the next day.
Snap a supplier invoice. AI reads every line, checks the prices against last time, updates your ingredient costs — and re-prices the recipes that use them.
The production loop is the core. Around it, BakeryMS ties together the rest of how the business actually runs — so it all records to one place.
Digital stamp cards for iPhone and Android — stamped at the till, no plastic, nothing to install.
Stock count across every location and the production site — one guided run, no fuss.
Web orders land on the right location's calendar, with reminders before pickup.
Ingredient declaration in every language you sell in, nutrition rolled up from supplier data — both print-ready.

Staff tap a card on the shop tablet. Shifts, breaks, hours and overtime land in one live timesheet.

No chatbots, no gimmicks. Three jobs that save real hours of admin — and catch cost changes you'd never spot by eye.
Measured in our own bakery, January 2026 to today: 1,555 invoices, at roughly 4 minutes of manual entry each.
New features, shipped often. Here's what landed recently.
Right after a stamp lands, the loyalty app asks how the visit was — and customers can message your bakery from their card, with your replies arriving on their phone as a push.
The Production and Waste reports now open with this week already sitting next to last week — every headline number carries its change, and the timeline draws both periods at once.
Every product, ingredient and packaging item added to your catalog — most of them created straight off a scanned invoice — now sits on one page, newest first.
Print product labels on any roll — pick a preset or set a custom width and height in millimeters, and the whole label layout, fonts and barcode scale automatically.
One flat price per business — no per-user fees, no per-location fees. Limited founding places, then it moves to €249+.
