Proven daily across seven locations

One system for production
across every location.

Orders, production, delivery, waste and costs — one system instead of five spreadsheets. BakeryMS has coordinated seven shops and a production kitchen every morning for years. Built for bakeries, patisseries, delis, central kitchens and food producers.

What you need to run it

A tablet and a label printer.
That's the whole shopping list.

No proprietary terminals, no rented boxes, no engineer visit. BakeryMS runs in a browser and talks to an ordinary ZPL label printer — the same gear we buy for our own shops.

A tablet

from ~€150

One per shop, one on the factory bench. Staff tick off orders, record waste and print labels from it — no keyboard needed.

Android 10+ · 10" screen · Bluetooth · any brand

A ZPL label printer

from ~€350

Prints the product label — name, ingredients, allergens, best-before, barcode. Every label it prints is also the production record.

Zebra ZD421 / ZD230 or any ZPL-compatible · USB or Bluetooth · 58–104 mm rolls

A browser for the office

€0

Recipes, costs, invoices and reports run in Chrome, Safari or Edge — on the laptop you already own.

Any modern browser · nothing to install

Buy it anywhere. No hardware contract with us, no monthly rental. Already own a Zebra? Plug it in and print.
Built in production

A platform that came out of daily operations, not a product roadmap.

BakeryMS did not start in software. It started in the daily running of Bazaar Bakery — seven shops and one production kitchen, where work begins at 5am and same-day freshness leaves no room for error. Nothing off-the-shelf fit that model, so we built our own, use it every day, and refine it on the floor. It now runs for other food producers and multi-site retailers too.

How it works

How a batch gets recorded — invoice to next morning.

This is what "zero spreadsheets" actually means: one loop where every cost, batch, delivery and bit of waste is recorded the moment it happens — then used to plan the next day.

STEP 1 / 5 · AI

Invoice in

Snap a supplier invoice. AI reads every line, checks the prices against last time, updates your ingredient costs — and re-prices the recipes that use them.

STEP 2 / 5

Orders come in

Each location sends tomorrow's order, and web orders drop into the very same queue. One production list — no phone calls, no scraps of paper.

STEP 3 / 5 · THE CORE

Production, recorded

Each batch is produced and labelled with quantities; stock updates instantly. Every batch records who made it, how long it took, the quantity, best-before, and the exact ingredients consumed.

STEP 4 / 5

Delivery & receiving

Goods are delivered to each location. Staff check received against sent — any mismatch is flagged on the spot, so nothing quietly goes missing.

Waste, recorded too

Leftovers are logged — in production and at every location. Nothing is guessed; it's recorded, and it feeds straight into the next plan.

Around the loop

Connected to everything else in the operation

The production loop is the core. Around it, BakeryMS ties together the rest of how the business actually runs — so it all records to one place.

How it works

The Label Is the Source of Truth

Most bakery software prints the label last. We print it first — and every number in the system, from stock to true cost per product, flows from that one action on the floor.

FAQ

The questions operators actually ask.

One location takes an afternoon: add your products, recipes and prices, and the loop runs the next morning. No installers, no consultants.
Any business that produces fresh goods in one place and sells them across several — bakeries, patisseries, delis, cafés, central and commissary kitchens, small food manufacturers. The bakery is simply where we proved it.
An internet connection and a device with a browser — laptop, tablet or phone. For product labels you need a ZPL label printer (a Zebra, for instance), and a tablet on the production floor. All everyday hardware you can buy anywhere — no proprietary terminals to lease. NFC attendance and POS integration need compatible kit, which we help you pick during onboarding.
Yes — multi-site coordination is the core of the system, not an add-on. Each location orders separately, and production sees the combined demand as one list.
Yes. Your data is encrypted, reachable only by your account, and you can export it whenever you like.
Every core feature — AI invoice parsing, waste tracking, production records and multi-site orders — at a flat rate locked for 12 months, with no per-user or per-location fees. Plus a one-time €490 onboarding where we set up your products, suppliers and recipes and train your team.
Yes — onboarding includes migrating data from your current spreadsheets, setting up products and suppliers, and training your team.

Replace the morning spreadsheet scramble with one system.
