One clear starting price for the full system.
€149 per month for the first 12 months, then €249 per month from month 13. One-time onboarding is €490. Hardware is separate.

€2,278 before hardware.
12 × €149 subscription + €490 onboarding = €2,278. From month 13, the subscription is €249 per month. VAT treatment is confirmed in your quote; this example is not a tax-inclusive quotation.
Included
The connected bakery system.
Production and labels, stock and deliveries, waste, recipes and ingredient costing, invoice processing, reporting, staff workflows and loyalty are part of the full system. The current offer does not add per-user or per-location fees. Confirm your rollout scope before signing.
Onboarding
€490 once.
Initial setup and training help your team start using the agreed workflows. Product and recipe data, import requirements and integrations are reviewed during scoping. Any custom work should be itemised in your quote.
Separate costs
Equipment and consumables.
Tablets, compatible label printers and label consumables are not included in the subscription or onboarding fee. Check equipment compatibility and any integration requirements before purchasing.
Before you sign
Put the service details in writing.
Your quote and agreement should specify VAT treatment, billing, cancellation, support channels and response expectations, data processing and rollout scope. The first-year price period is not a statement of minimum contract length.
Loyalty
Included in the full system.
A separate loyalty-only offer is planned at €49 per month, but is not currently available for purchase. Consumer app store launches and physical stamp hardware are still being prepared. Ask about readiness for your rollout.
